You may browse and shop this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, scrape or resell our content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

• Product images are representative. Handmade and made-to-order pieces vary slightly, and screen colour can differ from the finished metal.
• Prices, promotions and availability are shown on the product page and can change at any time before your order is placed.
• We may correct pricing or description errors, and we may cancel an order affected by an obvious error. If we cancel, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
• Metals, finishes and dimensions are described on each product page. Where a detail is not listed, contact us before ordering.

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify on our behalf. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable or where an order is flagged for risk or fraud.

Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Any duties or import charges on international orders are your responsibility.

Our Bracelet Creator and Engraving & Artwork Creator let you plan a personalized piece and send the details to our production team along with your order.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, spelling, artwork and selections you submit. We produce what you supply.
• Final charm placement, spacing and construction are confirmed by our production team, who may contact you before production begins.
• Any charge that applies to personalization is confirmed with you before production. We do not charge for personalization without confirming it first.
• Personalized and customized items are made for you and are not eligible for return. See our Shipping & Returns page.
• By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely to produce your order. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe someone else's rights or that we cannot reproduce to our standards.

Promotional offers, member perks and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, apply to cart value before tax, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

The Precious Charms name, logo, designs, photography, product descriptions and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

If you submit a review, comment, photo or other content to the site, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with our store. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that is not yours to post.

The site relies on third-party services for checkout, payment, shipping, analytics and email. Their use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy and in their own terms.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
