SHIPPING POLICY
Rate Shopping: Precious Charms utilizes rate-shopping to offer customers the best possible shipping rate for their selected service.
Shipping Discounts: Discounts, such as free shipping, are based on the cart value before sales tax is applied.
Processing Time: Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Customers will receive email confirmation with their order number and tracking details once the order is shipped.
Shipping Options: The shipping method selected at checkout determines the shipping service but does not guarantee a delivery date. For specific delivery inquiries, please contact customer service.
Holiday Delays: Please note that shipping times may be affected by holidays.
RETURNS POLICY
Easy Returns: We stand behind our commitment to customer satisfaction with a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for non-customized merchandise.
Return Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested via email from Customer Service within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. A return shipping label will be provided via email upon approval.
International Orders: Merchandise shipped internationally is not eligible for returns.
Credit Processing: Refunds or credits will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
Returns must include the original packing slip.
Items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a credit is issued.
Policy Exceptions: Precious Charms reserves the right to refuse credit for returned items that have been altered, tampered with, or otherwise fall outside of this returns policy.
